Chavo Design

Chavo Design strives to create engaging designs that are informed by their site and their users. We believe that design has the power to shape the lives of people, regardless of scale; and passionately enjoy working on a variety of projects, from the creation of individual pieces of furniture to the master planning of urban areas. Chavo prides itself in its collaborative approach, often seeking multidisciplinary teams to inform the design process. From the expertise of clients, collaborating with artists, contractors,craftsmen, and other designers; Chavo loves to listen to a variety of opinions to reach excellence. 

Salvador Patiño

Salvador has been involved in the world of design practically from birth; the grandson of a graphic designer and son to an architect, he spent his childhood playing in construction sites. This early love towards architecture and design led him to obtain a bachelors degree in Architecture from Arizona State University; during that process, he also minored in Urban Planning. He followed to obtain a Masters in Architecture degree from the same institution, were he continued to hone his skills.

He feels a deep connection with nature and enjoys spending time hiking, climbing, and enjoying the great outdoors. He is also an avid traveler, a strong believer that the best way to grow as a designer is to experience how different cultures and people practice design. Both of these passions strongly influence his approach towards design.

Nymeria is an integral member of the Chavo Design team. Her undeniable charm often wins over prospective clients, and her networking skills at the dog park are unmatched. She offers unbeatable support during the worst "Designers Block" cases.
